How it works

1. Book your Independent Quality Review

Once your review is booked you'll receive your Service Agreement, Pre-Review Questionnaire and Evidence Request.

2. Complete your questionnaire & share your evidence

Complete the  short questionnaire and securely upload the requested evidence to your dedicated folder.

3. Independent review

Your information and evidence will be independently reviewed, looking at quality, compliance and governance across the service.

4. Receive your completed review

You'll receive your Independent Quality Review report, clearly setting out what's working well, any areas requiring attention and practical actions for improvement.
